Overview

Start with the exact in-account notice. Record the deadline, task names, account customer ID and the person who has administrative access. Do not assume another advertiser's form or an old screenshot represents the fields you will see.

Google states that the tasks required can vary depending on account and billing setup. The advertiser remains responsible for the accuracy of submitted information.

The canonical fact sheet

1. Legal advertiser

  • Exact registered name and entity type
  • Registration country and current status
  • Business address and authorized representative
  • Brand or trading name, if different

2. Google Ads account

  • Customer ID and account owner
  • Direct users and their roles
  • Manager accounts and MCC IDs
  • Who created and operates campaigns

3. Billing

  • Payments profile name and type
  • Who pays Google directly
  • Any reimbursement or third-party payer arrangement
  • Whether billing information matches the legal advertiser

4. Offer and customer journey

  • Products or services advertised
  • Landing-page owner
  • Checkout, seller, fulfillment, returns and support parties
  • Any agency, affiliate, marketplace or reseller relationship

Evidence inventory

Create a table with one row per material claim. Record the primary source, exact file or screen, what it proves and any gap. A document that proves company registration may not prove the payment or merchant relationship.

Use the smallest sufficient evidence.

More files are not automatically stronger. Each upload should answer the field it is attached to and show enough context to identify the party and relationship.

Common consistency risks

  • Legal name differs between registration, payments profile and website.
  • The advertiser is described as the seller even though another merchant owns checkout and fulfillment.
  • An agency manages campaigns but is also incorrectly called the account owner or payer.
  • A third-party payer appears in billing without a documented reason or reimbursement chain.
  • The website makes claims that conflict with the business model described in the form.

Next step

Compare your fact sheet with the exact task shown under your Google Ads account policy area. If material roles are still unclear, resolve them before drafting long-form answers.
